COURGETTE SOUP
3 or 4 Courgettes
Large onion
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves Garlic
¼ litre of chicken stock
Salt and pepper
¼ litre of cream
2 tablespoon sherry
Sauté courgettes and onion, then add the stock, garlic, salt and pepper cook until soft. Puree and add the cream and sherry, reheat and eat.
